We help you navigate issues like what employee benefits to offer your employees and which retirement plan is best for your business. If you want to set up a retirement plan, we’ll figure out which one will be the best fit for your company by analyzing qualified plan types, such as SIMPLE IRA and SEP IRA plans, as well as 401(k) and profit sharing plans. We may suggest some companies to administer the plan and handle the investment options or review the offers you have received. In addition, we offer one-on-one employee meetings to assist them with benefit choices and how it relates to his or her personal situation. Your company’s benefit needs are reviewed annually.
Depending on your needs, our fees are either billed either hourly or as a project fee. In some cases, insurance carriers or investment companies will pay us a commission for business placed, which will be disclosed.
